- Time Frame for Credit Improvement:
The credit repair process typically takes several months to see significant result.
On average, clients may begin to see changes in 3 to 6 months; however, this can vary based on the complexity of the issues being addressed.
- Accuracy of Information:
It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information for the credit repair process. Helix Capital will not be held liable for any delays or
outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
- Credit Reporting Rights:
Consumers have right to dispute inaccurate or unverifiable information on their credit reports. Our services help facilitate this process, but you are entitled to dispute errors on your own at no cost.
- Fees for Services:
Our fees are based on the specific services provided, which may include flat-fee package or pay-per-deletion model.
All fees are clearly outlined in the Service Agreement and no additional charges will be applied without your prior consent.
- Legal Limitations:
Helix Capital is not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice or representation. Our services are limited to assisting you in disputing errors on your credit report and negotiating with creditors. For legal advice,
you should consult with a qualified attorney.
- Client Responsibility for Ongoing Credit Health:
While we assist in improving your credit profile, maintaining good credit is your responsibility.
This includes making timely payments, avoiding excess debt and managing your finances prudently.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
You have the right to cancel our services at any time. Any refunds or cancellation fees will be governed by the terms outlined in the Agreement.
Please refer to the Service Agreement for details on termination and refunds.
- Credit Monitoring:
We recommend that you monitor your credit regularly during and after the credit repair process. This can help you track progress and identify any new issues that may arise.
- No Guarantee of Specific Results:
Credit repair is a process, and while we work diligently to help improve your credit profile, Helix Capital cannot guarantee any specific results or the removal of negative items.
Each case is unique and outcomes may vary depending on the individual credit situation and the cooperation of the creditors and credit bureaus.
